Crosman CO2 Revolver Nerf Conversion Files

Pay What You Want

Turn your Crosman CO2 Revolver into a fully functional Nerf Sidearm for half-length Darts.

Description

This is a shortened Nerf-Dart conversion for the Crosman 357 and Crosman Vigilante CO2 Revolver. It bolts in place of the original barrel and bb cylinder and allows the airgun to fire half-length Nerf darts.
Two cylinders are availlable. One that restricts gas flow enough so dart velocity stays under 100fps, which makes it safe to use indoors. And one that enables the maximum flow for velocities up to 160 fps for high powered events on private property.

EVEN THOUGH THE CONVERTED AIRGUN IS NOW FUNCTIONALLY A NERF TOY, IT STILL LOOKS LIKE A GUN AND SOUNDS LIKE A GUN. DONT TAKE IT OUT IN PUBLIC, DON’T BE A JACKASS.

To assemble the pieces, you’ll need the following hardware:

  • 1x M4x60 socket head screw
  • 2x 604 (RS) ball bearings

Crosman 357 CO2 revolvers can be found used quite reasonably priced and the vigilante can be found new for around 50$.

I recommend rounding over the bottom/front edges on the break open latch so they will interfere less with the rotation of the cylinder.
The Revolver frame can be modified to make the Drum easily swappable. If you don’t want or need that feature, install the drum before mounting the frame piece to the revolver.

If you want to add a (decorative, not functional) barrel to your blaster, you can insert any type of 16mm tubing (I recomment thin walled wire channel tubing).
